At Lead The Way, kindness is at the heart of everything we do.

The Lead The Way Kindness Collective is a community initiative that allows our customers and Ambassadors to help share wellness with others. Through donated products, small contributions, and gifted care packages, the collective helps us deliver thoughtful moments of care to people in our community who may need it most.

These gifts may be sent to:

• Someone navigating illness or cancer treatment
• A new mother adjusting to a big life transition
• A grieving friend or family member
• A teacher, caregiver, or helper in the community
• Anyone experiencing a difficult season who could benefit from a moment of care

Kindness packages may include small-batch teas, wellness products, and a handwritten note — simple but meaningful reminders that someone is thinking of them.

Members of our community can participate by:

• Contributing toward a kindness package
• Donating products through the Ambassador program
• Nominating someone who could use a moment of care

Because sometimes the smallest gestures create the greatest impact.
